General roles and responsibilities of a Locavore include:

• Customer service - delight customers; go above and beyond

• Barista - offer an elevated experience through the third wave of coffee

• Grocer - order, receive and process goods from local farmers and artisans

• Cashier - facilitate a smooth transaction between farmer + consumer
